A while ago, my Brother had brought me a few Cans of Swedish Rekorderlig Cider from Eastern Germany.
Because they were all different Sorts, and because I did not know which one to try first, I ran a Poll on FoodTribe.
That Poll is now over, and with FoodTribe shutting down next Friday I will not be able to actually Post about all of those Ciders over there.

That Poll was pretty conclusive. It very clearly showed what Cider the Community was most excited about.
Because of that, I had decided early on to take that Poll and do exactly what it told me… only in Reverse.
I am still going to do just that, even though it will not be the same.

So, since it had been trailing behind since Day One, the first Cider of the Bunch that I tried out was Elderflower.
Personally, I had no high expectations for that Flavour.
I knew that Elderflower would taste good, and so there was no surprise in it at all.
That was also another Reason why I had it first.

The Thing is: That Elderflower Taste was so good. I had completely forgotten how much I actually liked Holunder.
Holunder is the German Word for Elderflower by the Way.
Actually, I am kinda sad that I actually tried this Cider first, as it was actually very good.
In my Opinion, it also paired really nicely with yesterdays Lasagna.

Another Thing, apart from the Flavours, I like about Rekorderlig Ciders is usually the Can Art.
Elderflower actually looks kinda great in that department as well.
