It has taken me some Time, but I had seen it coming right from the beginning.
Yesterday Evening, I had the last Can of Rekorderlig from my Brothers Haul.
So far, I had a good Time trying out all those Ciders. That did not change for the last Can.
It went along nicely with the Salami & Arugula Pizza I had.
This Time around, the Flavour of the Cider actually sounded kinda boring: It had been Watermelon-Line.
I had felt like that Combination was pretty much a safe bet right when I first saw the Can.
Watermelon and Citrus are both summery Flavours after all, and so I thought they might go together very well.
Obviously, they did just that. Which was actually kinda boring.
There was no getting used to the Flavour like there was with Mango-Raspberry, but it was definitely much better than Passion Fruit as well.
It still did not feel as well thought out though. There is no daring in putting Watermelon and Citrus together. Everyone does it.
The Cider was also a bit on the sweeter Side, but it was also not really there at all. I liked it, but it also did not make me fall in love with it.
That does not mean that I do not recommend the Flavour, not at all. It just is not as ‘adventurous’ as some of Rekorderligs other offerings.
Sadly, it will be a while for me until I can get some again.
My Brother had to drive a few Hours after all, and he did not just go for some Cider.
He also lives a bit closer to where he got it than I do.
