Having American Pizza

Sometimes, I really do love Pizza. Here, we usually tend to get Italian Style Pizza. But that is not the only Style.

In Fact, there are several great Styles of Pizza, even though most Italians probably will not acknowledge that.

Today, I had such an alternative Style of Pizza: It was supposed to be a Brooklyn Pizza, and it really did remind me of a good NYC Pie.

It was however a bit small for what it wanted to be, but that was on me.

The Dough was just right though, if Memory serves. It was definitely very delicious. The Pie was also much less greasy then Dollar Pizza.

Do not get me wrong, that is actually a good thing. It also made the Pizza a little dry. But maybe it had also been in the Oven a bit too long.

As for the Toppings: The Pizza came with Pepperoni and two kinds of Cheese: Gouda and Cheddar. It definitely was tasty.

As with most American Style Restaurant Pizzas, this one also suffered from an all to common shortcoming: It was not cut all the Way to the Edges.

That obviously meant that I had to tear the Pie to get those individual Slices. I really did not like that a lot.

The Pizza also really could have used a Dip. I can not believe that I am actually saying this, but having some Ranch would have been kinda nice.

I still liked it though.

I also had been very hungry, so no full Pie Fotos.
