Just two weekends ago, I had made some delicious chicken Curry with my Family. Amongst other Things, we had also put some Broccoli in it.
The Thing is: I still had quite a bit of frozen Broccoli left over, and I wanted to do something with it.
I just did not really know what to do.
After some thinking, and finding some Hollandaise that was still good, I then decided to make a quick Broccoli Casserole.

Since I did not want to make too much of a mess, I decided to keep it very simple. I also did not have that many Ingredients that I could have used in the House.
So I only used the frozen Broccoli, the Hollandaise Sauce, a few slices of Gouda and some Spices from my Spice Rack.
To make it all happen, I just thawed out the Broccoli a bit, probably not long enough though, and mixed up the some Spices into the Sauce.
I then put all of it into a Casserole Dish and covered it with some Cheese. Because Cheese makes a lot of Things better.

Because that Broccoli was still a bit cold, it took quite a while to actually cook properly. It was around 40 Minutes until the Food was actually done.
But hey, it was so very good. The Cheese had not turned out how I had envisioned it, but the Broccoli had turned out very flavourful combined with that Sauce and the Spices I used.
Truth be told, I only used my favourite Zaubergewürz. That Stuff really does make a lot of Foods much better.
I just really wish I had thawed out that Broccoli a bit more.
