Chef Mic’s Tandoori

Usually, I would prefer to cook something fresh every single Day. Unfortunately, that is just not possible.

That is why I sometimes buy ready to eat Meals that I just have to heat up, either in the Oven or in the dreaded Microwave.

Luckily, I have actually found some great Dishes that I would probably never really make myself, or that I would not even think of.

One of those Dishes I discovered that Way is a truly amazing Chicken Tandoori.

I have absolutely no Idea how that would taste if I would have it at an Indian Restaurant, as there are non around here, but it tasted awesome from the Microwave.

The Food was spicy, but it also did not kill all those Flavours with pure Heat. There were a whole lot of Flavours.

Obviously, just having a bit of Chicken Tandoori would have probably not have been very filling at all.

So there was a good helping of pre-cooked and then also microwaved Rice included.

I have to say: I really do like Rice with spicy Foods. It just soaks up all those Flavours very well.

Rice really is a great addition to such Foods that Way. It is also very filling, so that one Box really is enough for one Mealtime.

Of Course not everyone might agree with actually cooking Food in the Microwave, and I probably could have heated it up in a Pot or Pan.

The Microwave was just that much more Convenient. Sometimes after Work, I just do not have the will to cook anything.

For those Times, Microwave Wonders made with quality Ingredients are actually a great subsidiary.
