With the Days getting warmer this Time of the Year, I had decided that I wanted to have a Way to make my own Popsicles.
Because of that, I had asked my Mom if she still had those old Popsicle Forms I remembered from my Childhood. She still had them.
Luckily, they were still good to go and just needed to be thoroughly cleaned out before they arrived at my Doorstep two weeks ago.
That Weekend, I did not yet use them, as it was not actually that warm and I preferred to spend Time with my Family.

Just yesterday, I then finally got to start my first, still very simplistic batch of Popsicles.
I could have gone for many Flavours, like Blueberry or even Cola.
Since I wanted to have something good though, I decided to go with Lemon Flavour. I really do love Lemon Popsicles after all.
To achieve that Flavour, all I actually used was some sugar-free Lemonade Soda-Sirup and Water.
Obviously, I could have done better. But that was not the Goal of the Exercise this Time around.

Except for mixing up the Base, filling up those Popsicle-Cups and putting them into my Freezer, there was not actually that much to it.
All I could do in order to see if I was successful was to wait and go to work. Just as I arrived back Home today then, I was pretty sure that my Project was done.
If there still would be any Liquid in those Cups, something would be seriously wrong with that Freezer.
Of Course, everything went nicely. All my Popsicles were frozen solid and ready to be enjoyed.

I have to say that while they definitely turned out very nicely, my Popsicles also were not perfect in any sense of the word.
They were Lemony, but the Flavour was distributed very uneven. I should hace probably mixed the Syrup and the Water better.
For my next batch, I might also use a bit more Syrup to begin with. The Cold kinda fills a lot of Flavour in my Experience.
I might also veer off the Lemon Path entirely, there are some Plans in the making already.
It is definitely going to be a refreshing Ride.
