Grilled Meats are awesome. Sometimes, they can be a bit dry and/ or boring though.
In such Cases, Condiments really come in handy. Like simple BBQ Sauce, or my Grandmas Zucchinilicious Relish.
One of my absolute favourites definitely is my Mothers Schafskäse, or Feta, Crème though.
It kinda is a grill party staple in my Family, and it is absolutely delicious.

When I was younger, I never really understood the appeal of the Condiment though.
I usually found it much to hot, my Mom does put Pepperonis after all. And children can be quite sensitive to spice.
Nowadays, I tend to like my Food with a bit of well placed Capsaicin though.
To much of it tends to ruin most Flavours though.

I never actually made any Schafskäse Crème myself yet, but I did get the list of Ingredients my Mom uses.
Apart for some Feta, Sour Cream, Tomato Paste and the aforementioned Pepperonis, there really is not that much to it.
I guess it’s semi-simplicity is what actually makes Schafskäse Crème such a great Condiment.

My favourite Thing to put this beautiful Condiment on is a nice grilled Pork Chop, but it goes good with a lot of Things.
A great way to elevate it can be to add a dash of BBQ Sauce, but that is frivolous at its best and definitely not a must.
Some Things are best left as they are.
