Cheese is very much awesome. But no Cheese is equal, every single Version is different. One of those awesome Cheeses definitely Cheddar.
Today, I then found something Special at the local Supermarket. Something very Cheesy and British.
There were actually several British Cheeses at the Cheese Counter, some flavoured with Booze and others with Herbs.
In the End, I decided to go for some Cheddar with Herbs and Garlic.
I know that was a bit of a safe Choice, but it also was the only Choice I was actually good with.
Alcohol with Cheese is actually great, but I really was not that sure about Alcohol within Cheese.
And I did not want to spend 4.44€ on an Experiment. Also Garlic Cheese just sounded way too good to be left aside.
I might just go for the be of the others in a while though, should they still be available at the Supermarket then.
Once back Home, I then cut my Cheese with a very inappropriate Knife. I still need to get myself a good Cheese Knife.
I had to try out that Cheese though, and there was just no other Way to do that.
Luckily, the safe Choice was a great Choice today. Regular Cheddar is already a really good Cheese and I absolutely love it.
Cheddar with roasted Garlic and Garden Herbs made in Snowdonia was very delicious. It was absolutely delicious.
One could say it took me to the Moon.
A good Meal 
I’m glad you enjoyed your trip to the moon. 🙂 The different cheddar cheeses sounded interesting, but I’m very conservative where cheese is concerned – I like my cheddar straight. I hope you get a chance to experiment some more, though, and to find a decent cheese knife (though that’s something I’ve never gotten around to purchasing in my 44 years of adult life, so it’s probably not a necessity).

I guess you might be right. Maybe it is not a necessity to have a Cheese Knife. But I would really love to have one. So I will definitely be on the lookout.
And straight Cheddar definitely is awesome!
