Homemade Cheeseburgers

There once was a Time when I really loved to make Cheeseburgers. They were always very simple, with few Ingredients, and I always enjoyed them very much.

Since it had been quite a while, I just had to make myself some Cheeseburgers once again.

This Time around, I had decided to use some ready made Angus Patties, a Mango-Curry-Sauce, crispy roasted Onions and white Irish Cheddar, all on a toasted Brioche Bun.

So, after some preparations, I started to actually Cook my Burgers with some Rapeseed Oil. I really like it to use that Stuff for Cooking.

While getting my Patties to my desired done-ness, medium-rare, I also toasted those beautifully fluffy Brioche Buns in the same Pan.

Shortly before the Meat being done, I then added the Cheese so that it would melt.

I added it a bit too late though, and there was no Time for the Cheddar to fully melt over the Beef. It was still very good though.

To assemble my Burgers, I then smeared a bit of the Mango-Curry-Sauce onto both halves of the freshly toasted Buns.

Then, I put some crispy Onions on the Bottom Bun and added the main Course: Those nicely cooked Patties I had just cooked.

I had not made a Burger in a long Time, but I was actually very happy with what I had achieved.

Obviously, as with any Food, Flavour and Mouthfeel are just as important for Cheeseburgers.

A while ago, I had learned that toasting your Buns is actually a very good Idea. and that was something I had never done before.

This Time, for the first Time, I also used some crispy Onions in my Creation and it was awesome.

Put together with that Mango-Curry-Sauce, I had made myself some very tasty Cheeseburgers.

They were awesome.
