Germany meets Switzerland

A few Weeks ago, there was a small Market in Town where I work in the Schwarzwald. Obviously, we all went there for Lunch.

Only a few Stalls had been set up, but there was a Bratwurst Cart. It was a bit different though.

At that Bratwurst, you could obviously get your red or white Sausages and your Currywurst with everything you would expect to see.

You could however also buy Swiss Raclette, either on Toast, or like I got it: On a lovely red Bratwurst.

The Cheese used was Appenzeller, and it was awesome.

It was melty and tasty and just a bit burned around the Edges.

There was also a Toppings-Station, but I only added some Pickles.

While I really did like both the Cheese and the Bratwurst, I think I would have liked them much better separately.

While some Things go great together, others do not.
