A long Time ago, when I had my first little package of Beef Jerky, I was not initially sold on the Idea.
The Stuff was chewy, kinda tuff and so intensely Flavourful, it was just not really for me.
One long Bus journey later, I then decided to go for it again for reasons I truly can not remember.
That Time around, I really did enjoy it. The Flavour was awesome, and it was super convenient as well.
Just a short While ago, I then discovered a Jerky I had not seen before.
It was packed up in a very much nondescript little brown Bag, and it claimed to be made from fresh German Beef.
That Beef is then cured with all natural Ingredients, hung up to dry and smoked up a bit to create a very nice Jerky.
It was cut nice and thin and very tasty. The only thing I personally disliked was that the Jerky was exceptionally dry.
I definitely had to moisten it up a bit to get all those great Flavours out of it.
Sadly, the Store where I had picked up my first little Baggie only had a handful of Varieties, and only one of them spoke to me directly.
Since I did do a bit of Research on Grizzly Foods in the meantime though, I am happy that I found out that there are many more Options available.
Like my all-time favourite Teriyaki, and even a Version flavoured with Garden Herbs.
I also found out that there is something very Special available as well: Vegan Jerky. I have not yet tried that one though.
A good Meal 
During my omnivorous childhood, I used to enjoy a jerky called Slim Jims. Of course, good meat was wasted on me, since I always wanted beef to be cooked within an inch of burning, and then slathered with catsup. It’s probably just as well that I later became a vegetarian! 😁
