A long Time ago, I had my first Five Guys Burgers in New York City, and I really liked it. The Flavour was just right and I had grown accustomed to being able to choose my Toppings during my Time in North America.
A short while ago, I then discovered that there were a handful of Restaurants in Germany. So I had to check them out once again. Once again, I really liked it.
Over the Time, I visited the Hannover Location a handful of Times, and I was never disappointed. While the Burgers a kinda pricey, they are fabulous as well!

The Burgers
Usually, I go for either a Cheeseburger or a Bacon Cheeseburger at Five Guys, depending on my Mood. Both are very good, and the only difference between the two is Bacon.
Five Guys Orders pretty much work as follows: You choose a Base Burgers and then decide what Toppings you want. That makes it possible to have your Burger just how you want it.
That obviously could cause mix-ups, but I never had any Problems.
My usual is going most of the Way by ordering my Burger “All the Way”, but without Tomatoes. That means I will have Burger that comes loaded with Mayo, Lettuce, Pickles, grilled Onions, grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, and Mustard.
And I absolutely love it!

Like I said, it strongly depends on my Mood if I get Bacon on my Burger or not. But it is a bit more than that: It depends on if I want crispy Bacon on that Day or not.
In my Experience, Five Guys Bacon is always extremely Crispy, a Thing that I sometimes really appreciate and at other Times really dislike.
While crispy Bacon is kinda awesome, I usually do prefer mine a bit more on the chewy Side.
Five Guys Cheese is also a bit different, as they tend to add it very late in the Cooking process. It usually only really melts when you leave the Burger in its Aluminum Foil Wrap for a while.
I am usually to impatient for that.

Shakes Shakes Shakes
Five Guys also offers a great selection of Milkshakes. Just like with the Burgers, you can mix and match Ingredients for their Shakes as well.
Some of those Ingredients are completely normal, while others might be a bit outrageous to some.
When I get a Five Guys Shake, I usually go for Bacon and salted Caramel. I really do love that Combination, even though it might be a b it on the weirder Side.

The Restaurants
Five Guys Restaurants are definitely different from most Burger Restaurants I usually visit.
There are Booths with Benches as well as regular Tables, and the Walls are usually Tiled in red and white. I really like those Restaurants.
They are usually also very clean. And there are free Peanuts!

Five Guys Fries
While I heard that Five Guys Fries are supposedly very good, the only Time I ever had any was that Time I first had the experience in New York City.
Ever since then, I never had any Fries there, and I really do not recall if I liked them back in the Day or not.
My Conclusion
Ever since my first Time all those Years ago,I have always like Five Guys Burgers. They might not be anything special in America, but they kinda are here in Germany.
There are other great Burger Joints, but those are usually local and not Chains.
While I know that Five Guys Burgers are great, they never seize to amaze me when I decide to go for another one.
Every Bite is awesome, and it never lets up.
I will definitely be back, especially since I now know that I can be at the Restaurant in Karlsruhe within the Hour if I use the Train.
