One double Cheeseburger

Every now and then, I really like it to cook myself a nice Cheeseburger. I just really enjoy the Process of turning some raw Beef into a different Sandwich every Time.

Apart from the Beef, there are just so many variables that you can change. For me, not even the Beef is a given anymore. Today I went for a meaty Burger though.

I just really like it how different Condiments, Sauces and Cheeses can change the whole Burger. There are just so many Combinations to be had!

Today, my Burger consisted of Beef Patties, British Cheddar, roasted Onions, American Burger Sauce and a toasted Sesame Seed Bun.

Instead of my usual single Patty, I had decided to actually go Double this Time around. Since I mostly use preformed Patties lately because I am kinda lazy after work, I am kinda bound by what the Manufacturer makes.

The Patties I chose today were very thin, and so I felt like using both on one Bun was the only Way to go!

For Seasoning, I only used a bit of Salt and Pepper. And just before the Meat was done, I added my Cheese so that it could melt good. I did not melt as nice as I would have wanted it to.

To assemble my Burger, I then put those Patties right onto my toasted Sesame Seed Buns and then topped them with the Sauce and Onions.

I kinda missed some Vegetable though. I think I might add some Pickles and Lettuce the next Time. I would also love to do some Bacon Jam like I used to do in the Past once again.

The Burger was good, but it definitely lacked that certain something. Going Double definitely was the right Choice though. And the Meat was also just they right Amount of juicy, so I liked that.

Until the next Burger…
