I am a Fan of simple Foods, and sometimes there is nothing better than a simply good Burger. Those self-contained Things a full of Flavour, usually easy to eat and always a good Meal to be had.

Germany meets Switzerland
A few Weeks ago, there was a small Market in Town where I work in the Schwarzwald. Obviously, we all went there for Lunch. Only a few Stalls had been set up, but there was a Bratwurst Cart. It was a bit different though.
Homemade Cheeseburgers
There once was a Time when I really loved to make Cheeseburgers. They were always very simple, with few Ingredients, and I always enjoyed them very much. Since it had been quite a while, I just had to make myself some Cheeseburgers once again.

I love good Food. I also really like it to try out new Things. That is usually really great. So today, I did just that. After seeing a Package in the Supermarket I just had to get myself some vegan Köttbullar made from Lentils.

British Cheddar
Cheese is very much awesome. But no Cheese is equal, every single Version is different. One of those awesome Cheeses definitely Cheddar. Today, I then found something Special at the local Supermarket. Something very Cheesy and British.
