Even more ‘new’ Ingredients
It’s no Secret, but I love Cooking. Usually, my Foods are very simple, and I will never write about everything I cook, but lately, I have been experimenting with new (to me) Ingredients from Time to Time.
A delicious Handbrot
Yesterday, I actually visited the Weihnachtsmarkt in Freiberg again. I knew exactly what I wanted to get. I had mentioned Handbrot before, and actually got some this Time.

I don’t usually visit the Weihnachtsmarkt. There are always too many People around, and all you can get is Food and overpriced Tinnef.
Gochu-Chicken Pitas
Last Week, I had gotten a new Ingredient: Gochujang. I had already cooked some Things with it, but all those Things needed just a bit more Work to be just right. Now, after cooking with it a few more Times, my first Recipe with Gochujang is ready.

Ever since I started Cooking more again, I have tried to find new Ways to put Flavour and Spice into Food. Usually, I would use the normal Things like Kurkuma, Paprika, Salt, Pepper and other more Common Spices.
I love Ginger Beer
It is hot here in southern Germany, and Summer has not even really kicked into gear yet. Water obviously is the best refreshment during Times like these, but sometimes I just need something different.
The best Spezi
Here in Germany, we have some awesome mixed Beverages, most of them having their own Name. Schorle for example would be any Juice or even Wine mixed with sparkling Water. A Radler would be made from Beer and Lemonade, and a Spezi… well that one is made from Cola and Orange Soda.

J’adore le Brie
Cheese is awesome, and the French do know a Thing or two about making a good one. Like Camembert. Or Brie. Brie is an awesome, soft creamy Cheese that should be a part of any good Cheese Platter.
