Even more ‘new’ Ingredients
It’s no Secret, but I love Cooking. Usually, my Foods are very simple, and I will never write about everything I cook, but lately, I have been experimenting with new (to me) Ingredients from Time to Time.
Homemade Risotto
Just a few Days ago, I had visited my Mom at Home. It was only the two of us, so we were actually able to cook something fancy. We always cook something nice when visiting each other, but usually nothing too fancy or too complex. This Time would be quite different.
The simplest fried Rice
A few days ago, my Fridge was pretty empty, but I also didn’t want to go out and buy something because the Weather was pretty rough. All I had in my Fridge were 2 Eggs. Normally, I would just scramble them, but this Time, I had something different in Mind.
A homemade Burger
Sometimes, I really like a good Burger. I just really love it when all the Ingredients come together in a beautiful, hand-eatable Creation. The best Burgers are usually the ones that you make yourself.
Crispy sweet Churros
I don’t usually visit the Weihnachtsmarkt. There are always too many People around, and all you can get is Food and overpriced Tinnef.
Gochu-Chicken Pitas
Last Week, I had gotten a new Ingredient: Gochujang. I had already cooked some Things with it, but all those Things needed just a bit more Work to be just right. Now, after cooking with it a few more Times, my first Recipe with Gochujang is ready.
My latest Ingredient: Gochujang
Ever since I started Cooking more again, I have tried to find new Ways to put Flavour and Spice into Food. Usually, I would use the normal Things like Kurkuma, Paprika, Salt, Pepper and other more Common Spices.
A new Start
After quite some Time without any Posts, I am planning to restart this Blog in a new Direction, focusing mainly on Home-cooked Food. I have been experimenting with some new ingredients and recipes, and I have a few Things planned. Stay tuned, it will be a few Days until I get started again. With thatContinue reading “A new Start”
The best Spezi
Here in Germany, we have some awesome mixed Beverages, most of them having their own Name. Schorle for example would be any Juice or even Wine mixed with sparkling Water. A Radler would be made from Beer and Lemonade, and a Spezi… well that one is made from Cola and Orange Soda.
