Sometimes, I really love a good Flammkuchen. Back in the Day, I would usually go for the Frozen Version. But that is not good enough anymore. That is especially true since I found out that Flammkuchen is actually very simple to make by yourself.

Today was a bad Day to Travel by Train, or maybe even at all. In the End, there were many Cancellations, and the last Train I was able to get in order to avoid getting stranded actually hit some bits of two downed Trees.

Cooking with Mushrooms
As a Kid, I really despised Mushrooms. I found them not to taste very good and their Texture did not really win me over, either. All that changed a few Years ago when I was travelling through Canada, if memory serves me right.

Right now, I am attending School in Northern Germany. But since I actually live in the Schwarzwald, I have to go back to my old Home in the Harz every Weekend.
