Even more ‘new’ Ingredients
It’s no Secret, but I love Cooking. Usually, my Foods are very simple, and I will never write about everything I cook, but lately, I have been experimenting with new (to me) Ingredients from Time to Time.
Gochu-Chicken Pitas
Last Week, I had gotten a new Ingredient: Gochujang. I had already cooked some Things with it, but all those Things needed just a bit more Work to be just right. Now, after cooking with it a few more Times, my first Recipe with Gochujang is ready.

Ever since I started Cooking more again, I have tried to find new Ways to put Flavour and Spice into Food. Usually, I would use the normal Things like Kurkuma, Paprika, Salt, Pepper and other more Common Spices.
I love Ginger Beer
It is hot here in southern Germany, and Summer has not even really kicked into gear yet. Water obviously is the best refreshment during Times like these, but sometimes I just need something different.
One double Cheeseburger
Every now and then, I really like it to cook myself a nice Cheeseburger. I just really enjoy the Process of turning some raw Beef into a different Sandwich every Time. A good Burger…
I am a Fan of simple Foods, and sometimes there is nothing better than a simply good Burger. Those self-contained Things a full of Flavour, usually easy to eat and always a good Meal to be had.
I love Beef Jerky
A long Time ago, when I had my first little package of Beef Jerky, I was not initially sold on the Idea. The Stuff was chewy, kinda tuff and so intensely Flavourful, it was just not really for me.
Vegan Burgers
I like eating Meat. But I am also very much open to any new Food Experience. Finding new Things is always exiting. Since I very much like Hamburgers, I just had to give Vegan Patties a try some Time ago.
Germany meets Switzerland
A few Weeks ago, there was a small Market in Town where I work in the Schwarzwald. Obviously, we all went there for Lunch. Only a few Stalls had been set up, but there was a Bratwurst Cart. It was a bit different though.
