Grilling is awesome. There is no doubt about it. Weather you are having Vegetables or Meat does not matter, as long as it is tasty.
Yesterday, I had a great Time grilling some Meat with my Grandma.
But what would some nicely cooked Poultry be without some kind of Condiment?
We had something special, very delicious and, most importantly, home made.

That Stuff was a beautiful, albeit slightly over-spiced, Zucchini Relish.
I had that Stuff before, and I only really like it with grilled Meat, but it is superb in that Combination.
Yesterday, we had some grilled Turkey and a bit of young Bovine. Both Meats were superbly juicy and played along nicely with that Relish.
In this Case, they might not have needed the Condiment, but I absolutely loved it.

My Grandma actually did not only made the Relish herself using a Recipe from the Internet, she also grows her own Zucchini in the Garden!
I have absolutely no Idea if she actually used that homegrown Zucchini for this Batch of Relish, but I do believe so.
In either Case, all that is needed is some Zucchini, a bit of Onion and Sugar as well Vinegar and a handful of Spices.
My Grandma does not follow the Recipe to theFot though. She does not let her Relish rest over Night.
I have no Idea if that changes much, but I also do not care. It is still very delicious. I especially liked it with the Beef.

Almost zucchini season here – I can’t wait to try this recipe!
