I love Cheese!

I really love a good Cheese. Whenever I come across something nice, I just can not help it. I just have to get some.

Just a few Weeks ago, just that happened right outside the Train Station in Hannover.

There was some kind of a Farmers Market there, and I came across a Goats Cheese Vendor that sold handmade Goats Cheese.

Since I really do love Goats Cheese, I had to check that Place out. I just had eaten something, but there was no way around getting some Cheese.

There were plenty of Choices, so it really was not easy to pick a Cheese to buy. In fact, it was kinda hard.

In the end, I went with the safe Choice of a Goats Cheese Camembert.

Those Cheeses were not cheap, and I wanted to get something that I was sure about. They were also all handmade.

Just a piece of Cheese on its own obviously is a nice Thing. But it is even better with with a nice piece of Bread.

So, after buying that Cheese, I decided to head to the Cart right next door to buy me a nice little Spelt Roll. Here, we call it a Dinkelbrötchen.

Sadly, that did not turn out how I would have wanted. The Roll was actually super dry and kinda tough.

So I tried a bit of the Camembert on its own first. It was truly amazing. The French would probably find it too mild, but it was incredibly tasty to me.

In the End, I also tried it with that dry Roll, and it was still great.

Just like I had feared, the dryness of that Bread really distracted from that nice, creamy Cheese. It really was kinda sad.

Luckily though, that roll was cheap. And while the Cheese was not, it was definitely worth every cent.
