A good Meal

I love Ginger Beer

It is hot here in southern Germany, and Summer has not even really kicked into gear yet.

Water obviously is the best refreshment during Times like these, but sometimes I just need something different.

The best Spezi

Here in Germany, we have some awesome mixed Beverages, most of them having their own Name. Schorle for example would be any Juice or even Wine mixed with sparkling Water.

A Radler would be made from Beer and Lemonade, and a Spezi… well that one is made from Cola and Orange Soda.

A nice Supermarket Pasta Bake

Since i usually do not go to Dinner at my School, and since I also needed to get some more bottled fizzy Water, I had decided to stop by the local Supermarket.

Once in the Store, whilst walking through the Aisles, I also came by the small Butchery in the back of it. There, I spotted a few Bowls of made-there Lasagna and other Pasta Dishes.

Cooking veggie Lasagna

I absolutely love Cooking with my Family. It is always a lot of Fun to create some usually amazing Food together. We just do not get to do that very often.

So I was obviously very happy when we actually did have the Time to get together yesterday to make an awesome veggie Lasagna with Sweet Potato, Spinach with Cream Cheese and some red Beetroots.

J’adore le Brie

Cheese is awesome, and the French do know a Thing or two about making a good one. Like Camembert. Or Brie.

Brie is an awesome, soft creamy Cheese that should be a part of any good Cheese Platter.

One double Cheeseburger

Every now and then, I really like it to cook myself a nice Cheeseburger. I just really enjoy the Process of turning some raw Beef into a different Sandwich every Time.

Apart from the Beef, there are just so many variables that you can change. For me, not even the Beef is a given anymore. Today I went for a meaty Burger though.

A cinnamony Delight

I really enjoy Things with Cinnamon in them. It not only tastes great, but the smell is awesome as well.

One of those awesome Things is the humble, yet delicious Franzbrötchen. I just love those.

A long Time ago, I had my first Five Guys Burgers in New York City, and I really liked it. The Flavour was just right and I had grown accustomed to being able to choose my Toppings during my Time in North America.

A short while ago, I then discovered that there were a handful of Restaurants in Germany. So I had to check them out once again. Once again, I really liked it.

Baking Cookies together

Tis the Season when it is getting colder outside and hot Chocolate is a lovely way to stay warm.

That also means that it is the Time to bake some nice Cookies and Biscuits.

A Swiss Remedy

A sore Throat can be pretty annoying. I absolutely hate mine right now. The Cold can really do that to you.

Luckily, the Swiss do have a great Remedy for that: Ricola Kräuterzucker.
